SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


Order processing times are separate from the shipping times:
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has
shipped.

Guidelines for Ensuring Product Quality upon Delivery: We do not accept clients receiving or accepting damaged products or those with inadequate packaging. Should you encounter such a situation, please refrain from accepting the product and mail us on yourcare@laadindia.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 8287559896 Monday - Friday, Between 9.30 AM to 5.30 pm (IST)

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.


INDIAN GST
All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of Indian GST.


SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from our own warehouse/workshop in Delhi, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.


TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can
also track your order under your LAAD INDIA account - Order history.

In the event of Non-Availability on Delivery, our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.


What is LAAD- in every touch Return Policy?

Laad is a pre-made clothing brand We kindly request that you refer to our size chart before placing an order, as all dimensions are clearly provided for your convenience.

As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales,LAAD in every touch does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, in case of the below-mentioned exceptional scenarios.

  • If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
  • The customer must inform our support on +8287559896 via phone call within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition, with its original tags intact.
  • If the requisite size / design is not available immediately, refunds will not be made. Instead we will issue credit note or code which you can redeem against a purchase from laadindia.com within the next 90 days.
  • The shipping costs for returning the product purchased for exchange will not be reimbursed.
  • Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund.


NOTE: There is no exchange or refund on a product which was purchased we at Laad take a keen interest and care in designing and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. kindly place the order with reference to the size chart mentioned . Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online from a third-party website, any of our retail stores or vice versa. We also do not give any refund or return on our products bought on Sale or Special/ Discount Offers. All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece with utmost attention. Due to this process, a slight variation in color tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation.
The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Laad shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.

Disclaimer:

  1. In case you wish to change your order, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to updating your order.
  2. If the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount.

  • Please note orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Please note during Sale, return, exchange and refund will not be applicable.
