Exchange Policy
At LAAD, every piece is thoughtfully crafted for your little one. While we hope you love your purchase, we currently offer size exchanges under the following guidelines:
1. Size Exchange Only
Exchange is applicable only for size changes, and strictly for the same style/design that was originally purchased.
2. Request Timeline
To request an exchange, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by:

3. Product Condition
Please ensure that labels, tags, and original packaging are intact.
Items that are worn, washed, or dry-cleaned will not be eligible for exchange.
4. Return Process & Charges
- The product must be sent back to our registered address.
- You may self-ship the product to our warehouse or request us to arrange a pickup
- A return handling fee of ₹150 will be applicable .
- One-way courier charges (customer to LAAD IN EVERY TOUCH) are to be borne by the customer.
- The return courier (LAAD to customer) will be covered by us.
- In case of failed pickup attempts due to customer unavailability, the product will need to be self-shipped.
 Few quick things to keep in mind:
• Exchanges are available only on Western wear
• No exchange is applicable on custom-made pieces
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange
• Exchange is possible once per order
5. Quality Check (QC)
Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check. Only approved items will be processed for exchange.
6. Dispatch of Exchange
- If the requested size is readily available, it will be dispatched shortly after QC approval.
- If the size needs to be made-to-order, dispatch may take up to 7 working days.
7. Out of Stock
If the requested size is out of stock, we will inform the client and issue a credit note valid for 2 months.
8. Category Limitation
Currently, exchanges are only available on Western wear styles.
9. Custom Orders
Custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
We request you to ensure accurate measurements while placing such orders.
10. Sale / Discount Orders
Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
11. One-Time Exchange
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
12. Color Variation
Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects.
13. Damaged Product Claim
Any product received in a damaged condition must be reported within 24 hours of receiving, along with an unboxing video.
14. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the correct address and contact details are provided. LAAD will not be responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information.
15. Size Guidance
We strongly recommend referring to the size chart provided before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
