Yes. We offer size customisation and minor alterations only.
Design changes are not available.

Customisation charges may vary based on size requirements. Please contact our customer support team before placing an order to check availability and pricing.

All orders are dispatched within 5 business days. The dispatch date is mentioned on each product page of Laad In Every touch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner, but most orders are delivered within 8–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Yes. Same-day delivery and pickup are available for select pieces within Delhi. Kindly reach out to our customer support before 2 PM to check availability. Delivery can be seamlessly arranged via PORTER SERVICES, with charges borne by the customer.

No. The dispatch date refers to the day your order leaves our facility. The delivery (arrival) date depends on your location and the courier partner and may vary after dispatch.

If a prepaid or partial COD order is refused or not accepted and is returned to our warehouse, a full refund cannot be issued. Any applicable return or re-importation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Yes, we offer express delivery for select locations at a charge between 500/- TO 700/-. Please contact our customer support team before placing your order to check availability.

While we carefully honour all committed dispatch timelines, delivery is handled by trusted third-party courier partners. As transit timelines may vary due to external factors, refunds for shipping delays are not applicable. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the process.

Kindly note that for international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are to be borne by the customer.

Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. For size exchanges, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. All requests are subject to review and approval.

We do not accept returns on international orders and domestic sales orders.

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are permitted, in line with our policy.

Contact our customer support within 48 hours, providing photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement.

Exchanges are initiated after the returned item is received at our facility and successfully passes a quality check. Once approved and subject to availability, the replacement product is processed within 3 business days.

If exchanging for a larger size, any price difference will be applicable as per the current price listed on the website. 

We use a secure payment gateway to process both domestic and international transactions on our website.

For domestic payments, we accept UPI, net banking, debit cards, and credit cards.
For international payments, we accept PayPal.

If your payment fails or the gateway does not respond, we recommend:

  • Trying an alternate payment method or card
  • Checking with your card-issuing bank for any transaction restrictions
  • Ensuring correct authentication details are entered when prompted

Please note LAAD In Every Touch is based out of India and INR (Indian Rupee) is the default currency of our online store. If you are paying via credit/debit card from outside India then you will be charged in your currency at the current exchange rate with INR. If you pay through PayPal then you will be charged directly in USD or other international currency as per the current exchange rate on PayPal.

Please note PayPal as a payment method is available only to customers outside India. You can pay directly at checkout via PayPal on our website and is available on our website via Razorpay in the 'Wallets' section.

Yes we do partial COD , we take 10% of the product value as a booking amount and rest when you receive the package 

  • we are sustainable and the brand that works very hard to get your orders in place . We get supper excited to send your parcel happy start working towards it . We feel very sad when the clients on COD don’t claim their orders and it come back to us . 

All items purchased during sales or from the outlet section are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt
